RE49R05: Dual Agency | 2 CE Credits | Course Outline

This course covers the history of written disclosure, what a dual agency is, types of licensee/consumer relationship, etc. 

Each Continuing Education shall require at a minimum of, two hours of completion to receive Continuing Education Credit.

Instructor: Bob Caron

Bob has been a salesperson since starting as a teen in his family’s business which he eventually purchased and managed all aspects of the operation.  He moved forward to become the Director of Sales as well as the Director of Sales Training for a small national corporation.  That’s where Bob discovered his passion for teaching.  Since becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2008, Bob started the 1st Step Real Estate School and is the sole instructor.  The approach to instruction is simple: teach the rules, facts, and the other details, but, more importantly, the reasons why they exist. 

Bob is a licensed real estate broker in MA and RI and is the broker of record and co-owner of Streamline Realty Group, LLC in Swansea, MA. He has served on the Board of Directors and as President of both the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts in 2021, and The Tomorrow Fund, a charity for children with cancer.  He was honored as the REALTOR® of the Year in 2019.
