The Community Service Champion award recognizes a member who Demonstrates excellence in volunteerism, community service, national service, civic, social or corporate responsibility, plays a leading role in advocating for volunteerism in local communities and/or provides an outstanding contribution to community service efforts from January 1 of the previous year to the present time (the last 18 months). RASEM’s Nominating Committee is charged with selecting a candidate from submitted applications or a member they deem to be qualified. Members can nominate themselves or any member of the association.

All nominations must be received on the following form no later than June 21st, 2024. Please note that it is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure that the application has been received. 

CATEGORIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

COMMUNITY SERVICE (within the last 18 months)

include a description of the organizations and your level of involvement, e.g. how much time spent, specific activities, offices held, etc. local, State and National level participation in civic and service clubs; charitable activities; fraternal or religious groups, etc. (within the last 18 months)
