2025 RASEM Community Service Champion Nomination

The Community Service Champion award recognizes a member who Demonstrates excellence in volunteerism, community service, national service, civic, social or corporate responsibility, plays a leading role in advocating for volunteerism in local communities and/or provides an outstanding contribution to community service efforts from January 1 of the previous year to the present time (the last 18 months). RASEM’s Nominating Committee is charged with selecting a candidate from submitted applications or a member they deem to be qualified. Members can nominate themselves or any member of the association.

All nominations must be received on the following form no later than Friday, May 30th, 2025. Please note that it is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure that the application has been received.

COMMUNITY SERVICE (within the last 18 months)
